Function            longtodostime - convert 1/100 seconds to DOS time

  Syntax              struct time longtodostime(long t);

  Prototype in        timehk.h

  Remarks             this function will convert the time from a long
                      value of the time in 1/100s of a second to a DOS
                      time structure.

  Return value        returns the time as a DOS time structure.
